Please go through all these terms and conditions carefully. You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement by using this platform or making service reservations through it.
Our agreement with you will only be based on these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions cannot be changed or replaced unless we agree to them in writing.
We do not contract out our services to other businesses. For instance, our staff will be the only ones supplying the entire décor for your event if you choose to employ our event styling service.
To process and hold your reservation, a non-refundable 25% deposit will be required.
You are in charge of any services that you personally arrange. Our responsibility will be limited to the services we provide.
To put up the venue's décor, we normally need at least two hours. Depending on the type of décor and the number of attendees, this estimate may be more or less. You will be informed of the precise amount of time needed during your consultation.
Your reservation, the date of the event, your contact information (phone, email, address), and your bank information will all be kept completely private. Unless you give us permission to do so, we will not speak with any media representatives or make any information public.
We sincerely hope you will be happy with our services, but in the event that you are not, please email us with your concerns as soon as possible. We will make an effort to promptly and effectively settle any disagreements with you.
Note: These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and without prior notification by us. These terms replace all previous iterations and remain applicable forever.
